Job Description
Provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of facilities and departments. Handles coordination, documentation, and office management activities while supporting compliance with organizational policies at Aster DM Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for administrative requirements.
- Support facility operations such as office supplies management, maintenance coordination, and asset tracking.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Handle front-office coordination and visitor management when required.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in general administration, office management, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience in a healthcare or service industry environment is a plus.
