Job Description

Supports the supply chain operations by assisting in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities. Ensures timely availability of medical, pharmaceutical, and general supplies to maintain smooth operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in procurement of medical, pharmaceutical, and general supplies according to organizational requirements.
  • Support inventory management, including stock monitoring, stocktaking, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Assist in logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies.
  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and purchase orders as needed.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Skill & Experience

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and procurement processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Professionalism and commitment to timely task completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory control, and vendor management.
