Job Description

The Cluster Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and managing the marketing plan across hotels to drive brand awareness, promote hotel offerings, and support business objectives. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing activities to target the right audiences and ensure maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate all approved hotel marketing strategies, monitoring ongoing campaigns and reporting performance as directed by the Cluster Line Manager
  • Support the Cluster Line Manager in developing and implementing promotional activities, merchandising, and marketing collaterals across all hotel departments
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for special events, merchandising campaigns, exhibitions, and property inspections
  • Assist with, and occasionally lead, on-site photoshoots and hotel filming, ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed and approved
  • Monitor and support all social media activities for the cluster, aligning with departmental initiatives and marketing objectives
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand standards, use the correct tone of voice, and comply with corporate guidelines
  • Work with the Line Manager to identify opportunities for loyalty marketing programs, including HHonors and other guest incentive schemes
  • Implement marketing content, creative resources, translations, and photography effectively, optimizing the online presence in line with regional marketing strategy
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer posts, addressing complaints or issues as appropriate
  • Develop, maintain, and grow hotel databases to support marketing initiatives, including targeted HHonors campaigns
  • Execute quarterly audit reports on specific hotel initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor and review all third-party website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with each hotel’s branding
  • Conduct competitive analysis of hotels’ Food & Beverage and eCommerce marketing activities and report findings
  • Ensure all hotels have up-to-date marketing content, including media lists, collateral, photo libraries, newsletters, brochures, and desktop publishing materials
  • Support and assist in the management of marketing projects, including resource allocation and budget oversight
  • Prepare tracking documents, hotel fact sheets, and PowerPoint presentations with accuracy and attention to detail as directed by the Head of Department
  • Achieve performance goals and marketing objectives set by the Cluster Line Manager
  • Assist the Line Manager in executing effective content management across all marketing channels, including hotel websites, OTAs, social media, mobile marketing, and partnership programs

Skill & Experience

  • College-level education or equivalent practical work experience
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality
  • Proven ability to support, plan, and manage projects to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with key marketing functions and leading smaller-scale projects
  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels of management
  • Understanding of marketing and eCommerce plans and strategies, with experience applying them
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in the native language depending on role location
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, budget management, and project/time management
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions
  • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and work diplomatically with a wide range of individuals
