Sales Interior Designer

Job Description

The Interior Designer will provide design guidance to help clients select materials, furnishings, and finishes while ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule. They will manage the design process from concept to completion, making sure client expectations are met and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and define the client’s goals and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed final plans using design software.
• Place orders for materials and supervise the installation of design elements.
• Build and maintain client relationships while promoting the design services to attract new clients.
• Share product knowledge with clients to support informed choices and drive sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Set project costs and fees in line with the budget.
• Specify materials and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in interior design.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
