Job Description
The Assistant Supply Chain supports the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. The role ensures timely movement of goods, monitors stock levels, assists in vendor coordination, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain smooth supply chain operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and track the movement of stock across locations.
- Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and address any delivery issues promptly.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational and business requirements.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for tracking and reporting
