Job Description
Performance HR Specialist drives employee performance through goal setting, KPIs, appraisals, and data analysis. Designs performance management frameworks, supports managers with feedback and coaching tools, ensures fair evaluations, tracks outcomes, and aligns individual performance with organizational strategy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and annual reviews
- Plan, implement, and follow up on compensation and benefits programs to ensure consistency and fairness
- Prepare and maintain workforce plans, supporting hiring needs and staffing changes across departments
- Monitor HR-related costs, control budgets, and analyze spending trends to support financial planning
- Maintain accurate HR data, automate reports using Excel and Power BI, and ensure data integrity
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for management decision-making
- Support managers with performance discussions, ratings calibration, and policy clarification
- Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skill & Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing performance management processes
- Practical experience in compensation and benefits administration and workforce planning
- Advanced skills in Excel with strong ability to analyze and interpret data
- Working knowledge of data automation and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Solid understanding of core HR operations, metrics, and reporting requirements
