Job Description

The HR Business Partner manages HR activities in-store, covering Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance, and Rewards. They work closely with business stakeholders to ensure an efficient, productive workforce while optimizing all aspects of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including documenting and communicating solutions and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Guide managers in team development, ensuring employees have the skills needed to meet current and future business needs.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies, including the code of conduct, employee handbook, dress code, working schedules, and staff facilities.
  • Support the performance review process, maintain the appraisal system, and communicate learning and training requirements to the Talent Development team.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding employees and the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage transfers, and facilitate relocations with accurate documentation.
  • Deliver training programs for specific areas using prepared content and ensure consistent implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Analyze job requirements, source candidates through databases and social media, screen, interview, and select applicants for lower- and mid-level positions.
  • Provide HR data analysis, identify trends, and generate insights to support employee engagement and improve business performance.
  • Implement and maintain optimal staff structures aligned with store requirements and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate allocation of budgeted hours and headcount while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
