Job Description

The Human Resources Associate handles various HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations while managing confidential employee and company information with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports, and other paperwork, ensuring compliance with the company’s document management system.
  • Draft communications related to vacancies, new hires, and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with organizational policies, including the code of conduct, employee handbook, uniforms, working hours, and staff facilities.
  • Provide initial guidance to managers and employees, resolving basic employee relations issues.
  • Support performance review processes, oversee the appraisal system, and communicate training needs to the talent development team.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage transfers, and facilitate relocations with accurate documentation.
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, training events, and other HR activities, handling all logistics.
  • Analyze job requirements, source candidates via databases and social media, conduct screenings and interviews, and select applicants for lower and mid-level positions.
  • Coordinate staffing hours and headcount based on store needs, productivity targets, budgets, and local regulations.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
