Job Description
The F&B Brand Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth and overall development of the assigned brand, ensuring its market positioning, performance, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize profits and maintain high standards for sales, product rotation, and loss prevention by coordinating brand activities.
- Recommend and oversee brand-specific training, ensuring compliance with standards and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Analyze pricing, competition, and market segments to achieve store targets and submit regular brand-related reports.
- Lead new market openings and expansions, coordinating with franchisors, Country Managers, and corporate teams for outlet approvals and design.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, sales, and marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing department and suppliers.
- Work with Operations Managers on menu or product selections that align with local market preferences.
- Set seasonal budgets in coordination with Country Managers and monitor performance against operating plans and standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and non-financial brand performance reports to the F&B President.
- Support recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, and evaluating team members to ensure they have the skills needed and reach their full potential.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 7–9 years of experience in Food & Beverage or a similar field, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- HACCP or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems and procedures.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
