Job Description
Seeking a skilled professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of brand strategy. Responsible for creating engaging content and clear messaging that reflects the brand. Ensures consistency across all channels and develops narratives that connect with and appeal to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop and implement content strategies that maintain a consistent brand voice and engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand’s tone, style, and values.
- Plan and support Go-to-Market strategies, including customer communications, battle cards, job aids, and video content.
- Support internal and external communications, such as newsletters, presentations, and customer updates.
- Lead the planning and execution of advertising and paid media campaigns to meet marketing objectives and business goals.
- Track and analyze content performance, making recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams and regional markets to achieve campaign goals.
Skill & Experience
- Over 8 years of experience in brand communications, marketing, or content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of brand development and content strategy.
- Ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging.
- Proficient in digital content tools and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Industry experience in logistics is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Preference for UAE nationals, residents, or candidates with a valid work permit.
