Job Description
Manages the full recruitment process for Physicians, including advertising, screening, sourcing, coordinating interviews, and conducting assessments. Ensures hiring aligns with departmental staffing plans and organizational needs, working closely with department heads to identify gaps and secure qualified candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with department heads to understand recruitment needs and role-specific requirements.
- Manages recruitment for Physicians, including sourcing CVs for budgeted positions using the Management System for Records (MSR).
- Posts job openings on the internal website, LinkedIn, and other registered job portals.
- Screens CVs according to AHD and DHA requirements, including initial cold-call assessments.
- Builds and maintains relationships with applicants, especially for multiple vacancies of the same role, and checks references as needed.
- Conducts preliminary screening before forwarding shortlisted candidates to the relevant department head.
- Coordinates interview schedules, sends reminders to candidates and department heads, and ensures interview documentation is complete.
- Participates in interviewing and staff selection, ensuring all requests are raised on iFusion.
- Prepares and issues job offers, explains pre-employment medicals and DHA requirements for clinical staff, and updates records.
- Handover candidate files to the onboarding team, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete.
- Provides justifications for difficult-to-fill vacancies, including any salary deviations.
- Responds to candidate queries and follows up on documentation as needed.
- Enrolls new hires in hospital orientation and provides reports of new joiners to HR training.
- Prepares monthly recruitment reports for the CHRO and ensures hiring timelines meet benchmark standards.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in Middle Eastern recruitment is highly preferred.
