Job Description
The Quality & Customer Insights Department oversees EKFC’s Quality Management System, ensuring the company meets international standards and continuously improves operations. This role assists the AVP in implementing the quality and customer insights strategy by managing QMS activities, coordinating audits and feedback processes, and maintaining consistent quality and compliance across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business units on quality initiatives, driving improvement projects and ensuring SLA compliance
- Coordinate internal audit programs across all units, maintaining alignment with internal and external audit standards
- Lead external QMS audits for EKFC units, including AACD, Linencraft, and Commercial, ensuring readiness, evidence collection, timely responses, and closure of actions per ISO 9001
- Supervise QA inspection and verification programs, tracking performance trends to support system-wide improvements
- Consolidate quality KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business enhancements
- Oversee customer feedback analysis from complaints, compliments, and surveys, coordinating responses with business units
- Drive quality culture initiatives, internal campaigns, and continuous improvement programs
- Manage team resources and contribute to OPEX/CAPEX planning for quality systems
- Ensure QMS documentation is consistent, reviewed on time, and properly managed via the QMS portal
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related field
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a quality-focused role within a large ISO-regulated environment, including team management experience
- Strong skills in leadership, audit management, data analysis, and engaging with stakeholders effectively
