Job Description
The CRM Lead Promotions Officer supports the CRM Promotions team in planning and managing all loyalty and CRM campaigns, both online and offline. Working closely with the CRM Promotions Manager, the role oversees campaign delivery, develops promotional strategies, and leverages CRM tools like Exponea (Bloomreach), Adjust, and GCP to segment and target customers effectively, enhancing business performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the CRM Promotions Manager and work within the CRM team to manage and improve CRM promotions and channels.
- Focus on optimizing the customer lifecycle to increase engagement and long-term customer value.
- Oversee marketing budgets, including SMS and other related costs, to support brand and business ROI targets.
- Collaborate with the CRM Automations team to implement the overall CRM strategy.
- Work closely with Performance, Digital Marketing, and brand teams to deliver business objectives.
- Partner with the central Data team to enhance the use of omni-channel customer data.
- Coordinate with Brand Planning & Strategy and brand teams to provide a consistent omni-channel customer experience and support business growth.
Skill & Experience
- Solid knowledge of using CRM campaigns, segmentation, and automation to boost customer retention.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce CRM marketing, managing databases of 1M+ customers or leads.
- Proficient in CRM/CDP platforms such as Exponea.
- Well-versed in data privacy regulations, including GDPR and DSR compliance.
- Experienced with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, Magento.
- Strong analytical skills, able to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of digital KPIs and performance measurement.
- Commercially aware, capable of driving profit from CRM initiatives.
- Adaptable, able to make quick and informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Confident in presenting complex data in a clear and engaging manner.
