Job Description

The Manager leads marketing efforts to enhance the in-store experience, balancing consistency with local needs and comfort with functionality. Working closely with in-store teams and cross-functional departments, the role develops strategies, implements campaigns and promotions, and ensures alignment between physical store activations and digital platforms, always focusing on meeting customer expectations and supporting overall business growth in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and activations across business functions to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Communicate all relevant campaign information clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to integrate campaign deliverables and link in-store KPIs with overall campaign goals.
  • Plan and recommend effective asset mixes and activation strategies for each campaign, tailored to store locations.
  • Develop all POS assets and ensure creative materials are ready for in-store use.
  • Engage external partners to support creation and execution of campaigns, including specialists for physical assets.
  • Monitor campaign execution, report performance against objectives, and ensure timely updates.
  • Work with Digital Marketing and Digital CX teams to align digital and in-store customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with category, food, and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of in-store strategies.
  • Keep leadership informed about progress, performance, and strategy outcomes.
  • Design and implement internal communication strategies to raise awareness of products and services among teams.
  • Mentor and guide In-store Experience team members to support growth and improve overall marketing performance.

Skill & Experience

  • Skilled in in-store design, POS activations, customer journey mapping, creative design, campaign management, and packaging design. Familiar with research design, MarTech trends, digital content, and digital media.
  • Over 5 years’ experience managing end-to-end POS campaigns and activations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in HORECA, media/advertising agencies, and large regional/matrix organizations is a plus.
  • Strong track record in internal communications, omnichannel retail, research management, creative judgment, marketing performance reporting, and budget management.
  • Demonstrates ability to work efficiently, embrace new ideas, prioritize tasks, manage stakeholders, oversee agencies/partnerships, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with an analytic mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
