Store Manager
Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, team development, and maintenance of brand standards. This role oversees staff performance, operational compliance, and customer experience, driving the store’s overall profitability and success while implementing business strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service by understanding brand standards, individual customer needs, and current market trends.
- Ensure all customer complaints are addressed professionally and promptly, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing initiatives, and supporting promotions and brand activities.
- Oversee smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, resolving disruptions quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss, damage, and operational risks.
- Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance Team to plan and execute stock counts in line with company procedures.
Skill & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a qualification in retail or a related field is a plus
- 4–5 years of experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment
- Proficient to fluent in English
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
