Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operation of simulator activities and training administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures. Support the operations department in executing projects and maintaining smooth, efficient training processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all simulator bookings, schedules, and operational dashboards to ensure accurate planning and visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors, Crew Planning, and Crew Training teams to ensure seamless scheduling and efficient use of simulator resources.
- Monitor simulator usage, generate monthly performance and utilisation reports, and assist with preparing the annual budget for simulator operations.
- Track contracts, certifications, and renewals for simulators, ensuring compliance and handling all sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
- Support simulator assessments, maintenance planning, and day-to-day operational logistics to ensure readiness and minimal downtime.
- Assist in planning and implementing improvements to scheduling processes and resource allocation for optimal simulator efficiency.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in scheduling, resource planning, or operations coordination, ideally within aviation, simulator operations, or training environments.
- Training or certification in scheduling, resource planning, or aviation operations is preferred.
- Proficient in scheduling systems, training management software, and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiar with aviation regulations and compliance requirements (advantage).
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive schedules.
- Experience in data tracking, utilization reporting, and administrative support.
- Exposure to working with vendors or external service providers is a plus.
