Job Description
The Head of Fashion will oversee the entire fashion business, aiming to make noon the top destination for branded outlet and value fashion in the region. The role includes strategy, supply, product experience, merchandising, and coordinating execution across all fashion categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the fashion strategy and drive growth, margin, and sell-through targets across all fashion categories.
- Build and manage supply for branded outlet, local marketplace, and cross-border value fashion, ensuring predictable and strong inventory.
- Oversee buying, planning, and merchandising for the outlet business, including exclusive drops, SMUs, and continuous new arrivals.
- Strengthen the marketplace seller ecosystem in UAE and KSA by improving catalog quality, stock management, pricing, fulfillment, and seller performance.
- Expand partnerships with major regional brands and groups to increase assortment and reach.
- Collaborate with China and India teams to scale value-fashion assortment, ensuring trend responsiveness, cost efficiency, and fast time-to-market.
- Lead fashion UI/UX improvements, including PLP/PDP upgrades, content quality, search relevance, and personalization to enhance discovery and conversion.
- Plan and execute key fashion events, creating a brand-led calendar with exclusive drops and curated trend edits.
- Work closely with logistics, marketing, growth, finance, and product teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce returns, and meet SLAs.
Skill & Experience
- Significant experience in fashion retail or e-commerce, preferably in outlet, off-price, or fast-fashion segments.
- Leadership experience in buying, planning, merchandising, or marketplace fashion operations.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising and enhancing the online shopping experience.
- Experience with sourcing from China or India is an advantage.
- Strong focus on execution, with good analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving fashion growth and margin targets.
- Ability to maintain a healthy supply across all fashion categories.
- Experience improving online experience, increasing conversion, and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Successful planning and delivery of fashion events.
