Registered Nurse

Job Description

Plan and deliver nursing care focused on patients’ needs, using evidence-based practices, while following all ethical and professional standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care by working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, following clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Support a positive patient experience by maintaining a caring and comfortable environment under the guidance of nursing leadership.
• Promote staff learning and development by supervising, coaching, and mentoring nursing employees and learners.
• Ensure patient safety by recognizing, preventing, and managing risks according to clinical risk policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in your home country
• Experience working in the UAE is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Arabic
• Good knowledge of patient safety standards
• Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office applications
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
