Job Description
As an Food and Beverage Specialist you have to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure, representing the restaurant brand with professionalism and warmth throughout their visit. Deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations, anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain service standards to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service levels.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly and effectively.
- Plan and assign resources according to operational requirements.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and team huddles for clear communication.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all service areas.
- Support the implementation of new menus, promotions, and service procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Skill & Experience
- Friendly and professional service personality with strong emotional intelligence.
- At least 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Minimum education: High school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
