Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily spa service duties in line with approved standards and procedures
- Deliver attentive service and take extra steps to exceed guest expectations
- Anticipate issues, handle concerns promptly, and support service recovery when required
- Communicate clearly with team members, keeping guest comfort and needs as the priority
- Focus on guest satisfaction, performance, continuous learning, flexibility, and handling pressure effectively
Skill & Experience
- Warm, service-oriented personality with strong emotional awareness
- High school qualification required; hotel management or related diploma preferred
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; other languages are an advantage
