Job Description
This role focuses on driving business growth in the Security Systems Integration sector by identifying and securing new opportunities. It involves developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s presence, increasing sales and revenue, and leveraging industry knowledge and networks to build strong business relationships within the security solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to capture market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, including pricing strategies and recommendations on manufacturers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and risk management.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify new market opportunities through networking, client meetings, and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for security system integration projects.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders to grow business.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract bids in response to RFPs.
- Promote additional services such as CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Parking Management, and Visitor Management solutions.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Review client RFPs, scope of work, and tender documents, providing input to the bid team.
Skill & Experience
- Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within security or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Systems Integration and security solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong technical expertise in security systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic preferred.
- Commercially aware with negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow company processes.
- Results-oriented with focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships with teams and colleagues.
- Experience preparing financial summaries for pricing.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Understanding of UAE security laws and regulations, including SIRA.
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
