Job Description
Support the Account Management team in delivering HR services for assigned key accounts, working closely with the Manager. Ensure customer and employee expectations are met or exceeded, maintain high service standards, and guarantee all operations comply with established standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure salaries and bank details are accurate for correct payroll processing.
- Submit cash requests, claims, and expenses for passes and permits on time.
- Maintain accuracy in visa, medical, and pass applications.
- Collaborate with Account Management on onboarding/offboarding transition plans.
- Support HR services: recruitment, visa processing, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, disciplinary actions, and ad hoc requests.
- Adhere to SLAs, SOPs, SWIs, and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Assist with employee disciplinary matters in coordination with client HR.
- Track and maintain employee records including personal documents, passes, permits, and insurance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on administrative activities as needed.
- Use data and reports to improve efficiency and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Skill & Experience
- Basic understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
- Minimum English proficiency Level 4 (Transguard standards).
- 1–2 years of administrative experience; HR knowledge preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and re-prioritize.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
