Job Description
The Director of Sales Strategy, Programming, and Performance for the MEAPAC region will be responsible for turning global sales objectives into measurable results at the hotel level across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Reporting to the SVP Sales, MEAPAC, and based in Singapore, Dubai, or Bangkok, this role will manage B2B sales and loyalty programs while enhancing overall sales performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global commercial strategies into clear regional and hotel-level action plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decisions.
- Drive revenue growth by leading Accor’s B2B sales programs, ensuring hotel adoption, high-quality execution, and measurable commercial results.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales methods, customer engagement, and operational processes to enhance overall commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales ecosystem, providing teams with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to perform effectively.
- Enhance CRM usage and reporting accuracy, streamline sales processes, and improve data management to ensure consistent performance across all sales segments.
Skill & Experience
- University degree or equivalent, with 15+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proven track record in sales strategy, program management, and performance improvement in hospitality or travel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work and influence teams across regions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Role based in Singapore, Dubai, or Bangkok; high proficiency in English required.
