Key Responsibilities
- Support management and leadership in resolving HR-related issues
- Assist employees with internal/external transfers and related procedures
- Help managers with hiring processes, including reference and background checks
- Maintain applicant flow, orientation, and transfer logs
- Create and manage new hire and personnel files in the system
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documentation
- Report employee relations issues to HR management
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Prepare and type office correspondence accurately
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and management
- Build and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Entry-level, preferably with some Human Resources exposure
- Proficient in English for writing reports to international standards
- Completed relevant courses or training in HR or related fields
- Skilled in MS Office applications
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with good planning and organizational skills
