Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in Russian and English, creating a friendly environment
- Operate cash register and POS system accurately for all transactions
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payments precisely
- Provide product information and answer customer questions in both languages
- Keep checkout area clean and organized
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Work with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
Skill & Experience
- Fluent in Russian and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Strong math skills and accurate cash handling
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
