Job Description

Greet guests warmly as they arrive at food and beverage outlets and manage table bookings while smoothly directing guest seating and movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support guests with special requests such as transport, bookings, and laundry by arranging services or coordinating with vendors
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and follow up to ensure a positive experience
  • Share clear information about the hotel, nearby services, events, and attractions
  • Handle calls, messages, and enquiries, resolving issues or passing them to the right teams
  • Keep shift records and monitor lounge or bar areas to ensure safety and smooth service
  • Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns without delay
  • Follow company guidelines, maintain a neat appearance, and safeguard hotel assets
  • Welcome and assist all guests in line with brand standards, including guests with special needs
  • Communicate politely and clearly with guests and colleagues
  • Work closely with the team to meet service goals and maintain quality standards
  • Stay active during shifts and manage light lifting when required
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks related to the role

Skill & Experience

  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Always well-groomed and professional in appearance
  • Friendly personality with the ability to build good guest relationships
  • Good understanding of restaurant seating and table arrangements
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Graduate in Hotel or Restaurant Management
  • At least one year of experience in hotel Food & Beverage service
