Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks within the premises
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with company policies
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or suspicious activities
- Report and document incidents accurately for management review
- Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and staff to maintain a safe environment
- Provide guidance and training to staff on loss prevention practices
Skill & Experience
- Strong bservation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of security and loss prevention procedures
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate security environments
- Basic report writing and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and alarm monitoring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
