Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks within the premises
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with company policies
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or suspicious activities
• Report and document incidents accurately for management review
• Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and staff to maintain a safe environment
• Provide guidance and training to staff on loss prevention practices

Skill & Experience

• Strong bservation and attention to detail
• Knowledge of security and loss prevention procedures
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate security environments
• Basic report writing and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and alarm monitoring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
