Job Description

dnata operates across more than 130 airports worldwide, providing ground handling, cargo, travel, and hospitality services that support the global aviation industry. As Senior Product Manager – marhaba, the role focuses on growing and strengthening marhaba’s product portfolio by understanding customer needs, building strong partnerships, and driving sales and profitability. You will lead a team, shape product strategy across existing and new markets, and deliver clear plans that set marhaba services apart, including lounges, meet & greet, concierge, visa services, and partner lounges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve and expand new and existing products to increase market share and strengthen competitiveness in line with regional growth plans.
  • Set, track, and review KPIs to support business goals and improve commercial performance across the group.
  • Support brand and product strategy development to drive revenue growth and align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead product selection and pricing decisions using market insights, customer demand, and competitor analysis.
  • Gather customer insights by working closely with dnata Travel brands to improve products and build customer loyalty.
  • Develop and deliver product strategies that align with corporate direction and long-term business plans.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure clear ownership, alignment, and service level agreements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, supporting performance management, training, and career progression.
  • Drive collaboration across dnata brands to unlock efficiencies, shared value, and future growth opportunities.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, tourism, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, product, marketing, or sales roles, ideally within travel or leisure.
  • Strong understanding of the tourism and travel market.
  • Proven experience managing and developing products or tour operations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
