Service Delivery Supervisor

Job Description

dnata Airport Operations at Dubai International Airport handles ground services for over 80 million passengers and 140 airlines each year. As an Airside Service Delivery Supervisor, you will oversee baggage handling and below-wing activities, ensure safety and efficiency, coordinate teams, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve service standards by supporting teams, solving operational issues, and keeping a strong customer focus.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, following regulatory and safety requirements.
• Supervise baggage handling operations to meet turnaround times and service targets.
• Coordinate below-wing activities during aircraft arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in an 18-month development program designed to build skills and support career progression.

Skill & Experience

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in aviation, with exposure to ground handling operations.
• Strong understanding of airport customer service standards and aviation terms.
• Familiar with aviation regulations related to airside and ground operations.
• Valid UAE driving licence (required for airside roles).
• First Aid certification is an added advantage.
• Good supervisory, communication, and report-writing skills.
• English language proficiency (Level 5).
• Strong customer handling, planning, organising, and data analysis skills.
• High awareness of safety practices and good computer skills.
