Key Responsibilities
- Set and prioritise department policies, processes, and procedures with clear responsibilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure department and corporate requirements are met.
- Supervise and manage the admin team daily, including performance management, coaching, and feedback.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for policy issues and make decisions within set frameworks.
- Resolve operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Introduce and implement improved working methods and practices.
- Ensure front-line admin staff deliver excellent customer service and provide ongoing training.
- Monitor diaries and clinic schedules to optimize utilization and adherence to policies.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Clark Contract Centre and address any gaps.
- Handle complaints and incidents using the complaints management system.
Skill & Experience
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing mid-sized customer-focused teams (10+ members).
- Proven skills in coaching, motivating, and developing staff.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel analysis and Power BI.
- Ability to analyse, interpret, and present large datasets using reporting tools.
- Skilled in preparing clear and comprehensive reports.
