Job Description
The Culture & Engagement Specialist will support programs that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, recognition, and a positive, inclusive culture aligned with dnata’s values and goals. This is a 6-month temporary role supporting dnata’s international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culture and engagement programs to support cultural change and employee awareness.
- Manage and support culture and engagement assessment tools, ensuring strong participation across dnata.
- Create and deliver presentations, toolkits, and demos for initiatives on culture, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and recognition.
- Analyze survey and engagement data, benchmarking to measure program effectiveness.
- Advise HR and business stakeholders on interpreting results and taking corrective actions.
- Support the design and delivery of workshops, learning resources, and toolkits to promote culture, diversity, and wellbeing.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders on engagement, wellbeing, and diversity topics.
- Conduct research to recommend innovative solutions aligned with global best practices.
- Monitor and report on engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development, or HR.
- Knowledge of engagement, culture change, diversity, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders.
- Able to work across geographies, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
