Job Description
In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap, ensure successful implementation and adoption, and drive measurable improvements in planning, delivery, cost management, and governance. You will manage priorities, handle demand, and work to enhance the user experience while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to plan and prioritise Program Increments (PIs) based on business value and capacity.
- Lead and support TPO teams to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.
- Work with architecture, engineering, and service teams to balance backlogs, address technical debt, NFRs, and system enablers.
- Participate in Sprint and PI demos, driving adoption and engagement of technology products.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data in the Product Catalogue and track product performance metrics.
- Mentor and develop TPOs, contributing to their growth and the peer community.
- Manage vendor partnerships to implement upgrades, reduce customisation, and optimise product use.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts, ensuring backlogs reflect necessary adjustments.
Skill & Experience
- Degree in a relevant field; certified in SAFe POPM or Agile Product Management (APM).
- 8+ years of experience, including 3–5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Proficient with tools used in technical product delivery.
- Strong communication skills across peers, stakeholders, and teams.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrated technical/domain expertise with practical application in relevant areas.
