Job Description

Drive the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals by implementing Emiratisation initiatives. Focus on attracting and hiring talent that meets the company’s needs, supports national workforce goals, complies with regulations, and is developed through structured programs and collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Emiratisation strategies in line with company goals and UAE government requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, business units, and manpower planning teams to forecast and plan for UAE national talent needs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and government forums to promote Emiratisation programs.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for UAE National roles across departments.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, colleges, and government entities.
  • Design recruitment campaigns and job postings specifically targeted at UAE Nationals.
  • Manage early career programs, including Graduate Trainee, Internship, Scholarship, and Summer Training schemes.
  • Track and report on Emiratisation program performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Ensure structured onboarding, coaching, and development for UAE national hires.
  • Maintain dashboards and metrics on Emiratisation, including GPSSA compliance and registration
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment data and reporting.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition, including bulk hiring and early-career or graduate programs.
  • Experience in aviation, cargo, or airport talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Total relevant experience and qualifications: 8–10 years.
