Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a safe and secure inflight experience, following all safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to passengers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings, ensuring the aircraft is ready for departure.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, medical situations, or any in-flight issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and handling luggage as required.
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and presentation throughout the flight.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to flydubai’s grooming, uniform, and service standards at all times.
- Support and respect a multicultural team environment, demonstrating adaptability and cooperation.
- Participate in training sessions to maintain and enhance safety, service, and operational skills.
Skill & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
- International aviation experience is a plus.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Minimum height: 158 cm, meeting safety requirements.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance according to flydubai standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
