Senior Officer – Airport Products & Ancillaries
Job Description
This role focuses on adding, managing, and tracking online products, systems, and extra services that help meet the department’s revenue goals. The work supports the overall commercial plan by improving products and services at airport touchpoints across the entire flydubai network.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes sure new products and features are launched smoothly in local markets across online platforms and other sales channels.
- Supports the rollout of new additional services across the network.
- Works closely with internal teams and partners to create airport products that help increase revenue.
- Reviews the performance of all products and extra services to ensure they are working well and remain consistent.
- Ensures services are aligned across all flydubai sales platforms.
- Studies market trends and identifies opportunities to improve digital revenue and profit.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with airport partners through regular communication and visits.
- Manages relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure they meet business goals.
- Works with internal teams to turn data into clear, useful information for better decisions.
- Reviews sales results and adjusts plans to meet revenue targets.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- At least 5 years of airline or airport experience
- Total experience: 5 to 7 years
