Job Description

The role focuses on making sure all uniformed employees follow flydubai’s uniform and grooming rules at all times. This is done through regular checks, training, and clear guidance. The position also supports performance reviews by keeping accurate grooming records, updating related policies, managing uniform activities, and working with relevant teams to resolve any uniform or grooming issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly checks uniformed staff to ensure they meet the required uniform and grooming standards during training sessions and other checks when needed.
  • Guides and supports employees to help them maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards.
  • Prepares grooming reports for management, highlighting any issues such as poor fit, uniform replacements, or health-related concerns.
  • Keeps up-to-date grooming records for cabin crew and frontline staff for performance review purposes.
  • Updates manuals and documents with the latest uniform and grooming policies and standards.
  • Conducts internal training sessions and workshops to explain uniform and grooming requirements.
  • Oversees uniform fittings and tailoring for new employees to ensure correct fit and presentation.
  • Gathers feedback, reviews common uniform issues, and suggests practical solutions to management.

Skill & Experience

  • High school certificate
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Previous cabin crew experience (fashion-related experience is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
